- If you only require transport for a trip or 2 only then the charge based on Per Trip is around $7.00 - $15.00 depending on distance.

- Just tell the driver what you need to buy for shopping or any other places you wish to go for your Batam City Tour such as Cake Factory Kueh Lapes, Seafood Restaurant at Nagoya, Batek Factory, Nagoya Hill Shopping or other Malls, Go Kart, Karaoke (KTV) etc..
- Driver can help confirm your return ferry boarding pass in advance as well if you like in order to avoid any unexpected fully book scenario on certain scheduled ferry departure timing especially during weekends or public holidays for your return trip due to last minute confirmation.
- Can meet and greet you from all various ferry terminals in Batam such as Harbour Bay, Batam Center/Centre, Sekupang, Nongsa and Waterfront City OR from your hotel lobby if you already have hotel transfer to ferry terminal service or from Batam Hang Nadim Airport.
