•   Travel by coach via Hamilton and Waitomo to Rotorua.

•   Stay at the Scenic Circle Princess Gate Hotel or similar - 2 nights

•   Drive south through the exotic forests to Wairakei and Lake Taupo.

•   By luxury coach across the Canterbury Plains via Lake Tekapo to Mount Cook at midday.
